The G.Y.S.T. Score
How do you actually know where you stand as a leader?
Self-leadership is the foundation. Measure it today, and track it every 3 months.
You have an assessment in progress on this device. or .
Why this exists
If you want people to follow you, they need someone to look up to.
That starts with proof that you can lead yourself. Anyone can claim it, but almost no one measures it. We give our people KPIs. Why not ourselves?
The G.Y.S.T. Score turns your self-leadership into clear numbers. Take it today, retake it every 3 months, and watch your foundation grow.
Eight numbers. One question: are you worth following yet?
You see exactly where you stand in every area of your self-leadership, and you finally understand why some people hold back.
Inside the wheel
The inner circle: your inputs. How you think, how you feel and how you act. In your 20s, this is what people judge, because they're betting on your potential.
Around the wheel
The outer circle: your proof. Health, relationships, career, family and finances. From 30 on, this weighs more every year. People stop betting on potential and start looking at results.

Your eight numbers appear right away, along with the focus that fits your age. A few minutes later, a personal written evaluation of your answers lands in your inbox.
Our Premium members retake the test every 3 months. When the numbers rise, you know you're on the right path. When they drop, you know exactly where to look.
Before you start
Set up the next 30 minutes.
- Block the time. About 30 minutes, completely uninterrupted. Switch off your phone and put everything else aside.
- Make a coffee or a tea. There is a reason the mug is on the table.
- How it works. Every statement gets a number from 1 to 10 and a short "Why" with a real example. Do not just write "because I do".
- Stay honest. Do not lie to yourself, do not be a hero, do not play the victim. If you did something once last year, that is not a 10. If you are having a bad week, that is not a 1.
- Score 1 where it does not apply yet. No partner, no children: the answer is 1, and that is correct.

Be ready for one hard moment
The first time, this is not going to be fun.
This is a look in the mirror. An honest one.
You rate yourself, then explain every number. The first time, it shows you every crack. I've watched grown adults cry over this small self-assessment. Your result won't be pretty, and you won't want to show it to your friends.
I promise you'll hit a moment. One question will land right on something that isn't working in your life yet. You'll want to look away, grab your phone, do anything but finish.
Don't. Stay with the feeling. Breathe through it. Then go to the next question.
This is what separates the people who are willing to do the work from the people who only observe it.
